Sorry uwe. I think it is a 24 cm K16(t).

The muzzle has no reinforced ring unlike the 21 cm K39 and 24 cm H39. The mounting is different including the shape of the external end of the rotation axis and the right angle formed by the forward protruding arms and the chassis, typical of the 24 cm K.

I also think Emmanuel is right , because both 21 cm K 39 and 24 cm H 39 have pneumatic
wheels and you can see the rubber wheels like the s 24 cm K (t) in the left corner.
