Yes that is a K59 limber. I was wondering the same thing and did some research on it.

Yes K39. I have a picture of a K39 being unlimbered and it looks exactly the same. That is what I compared the photo against.

This is not the whole photo. The photo is part of a series covering a unit operating the 15cm Kanone 39. This photo has probably been shared on this forum already.
