What is the "standard" foundation mounting of a 5cm KwK ?

As far I could see, you have two main type :

-A 36 x 36 cm square hole, about 30 cm deep with 8 bolts around 25 cm spaced. (the most common)

- A larger square hole (51 x 51), about 30 cm deep too with a first 4 cm step, and NO belts around.

the most common way to mount the gun was by using the behelfssockellafette..
it think this one should be easy to google

In De Panne (Belgium - AOK15 KVA A3) there was also this type of 5cm KwK-emplacement built on the roof of a R502
... I don't know if it's a unique (or perhaps local) design or if we can find it elsewhere along the AW?
The inner diametre of the emplacement measures 290cm... if this can be of any help...
