Jos,

You've made my day ! :D 8-)

I have been looking for the locations on the Landfront of Marcouf's 15 cm Leuchtgeschuetz and the fourth 21 cm gun for a while. I knew from various German sources incl. KTBs that both guns had been removed from the battery's location at Crisbecq but could not find their new locations on the Landfront.

The 15 cm LG was moved on June 10.

The fourth 21 cm gun was moved at the same time and was ready for action on June 12 "on the eastern side of the land front against the eastern coast".

I've identified the fourth 21 cm gun in its emplacement on the landfront where it was captured by US troops on the following pictures:

I haven't found a picture of the 15 cm LG yet so I haven't been able to identify the type (SK L/45 ?)

Glad to help , Emmanuel , very good conclusion . I am searching on this Forum a picture of a gun at Tonneville
but that was a 10.5 cm gun .
