It is perhaps difficult to see, but on the pictures there is blue bulbs (15W) in the lamps.
It is quite dark, but enough to make their way without falling in the stairs

Hi,
You are correct with the blue bulb 8-) We have done the same at Stp. Corbiere! It court the attention of the Police who came to check it out!!! :o 8O
(an energy efficient bulb was used rather than a filament bulb)

The restoration of the HES 2.4 ventilator is soon finished.
It is now mounted on the wall and runs very nicely.
The prefilter is almost finished and the pipes will be set up soon.
This has certainly been an interesting and informative job.
I can definitely recommend it to others who are interested in such things :)

Thanks, the blue color of the pipes are a bit matte as you can see on this valve in the "betriebsraum" :)

Yes. The valve was placed like that when we got access to the bunker.
But the bunker has been in the use of both Norwegian Civil Defence and the Home Guard so it is possible it has been moved over the years.
You are probably right that it should be pointing toward the ceiling. I'll take the job of turning it. :)

Hei

Here are some photos of recent work inside the bunker.
Operating room and generator room is almost finished.
We now continue with work outdoors and the area around the bunker.

Suddenly discovered this inscription "1944" in one of the sidewalls of the bunker.
The bunker was built in 1943, but the surrounding area was conducted in 1944.
