For reference, the locks at Bo04 ("Die Schleusentore des Tancarville-Kanals") today (see the two mentions of "écluse" in French):

Hello,
here , a post made in other forum few years ago, about the PC near Bolbec
Bonjour ,
Bye
JB

Hello,
In this second ended ebay auction, it's possible to see in the background a bunker : it should be the one used ton control the minensperre on the Seine River.

Dear Friends, Dear Etienne,
I have doubt about an antitank ditch in southern bank of River Seine, in front of Tancarville because it's a wetlands area (Marais Vernier). It must be a kind of drainage ditch, linked with the building of Tancarville bridge: the first work program began in 1941, on the initiative of Vichy's government. The bridge at this time was named "Pont du Maréchal Pétain".
On the aerial photos dated april 1944, we can see the begining of south acces road to the projected bridge. It's clearly attested on the 1947 aerial photo. The drainage ditch still exist today on there are valves at it's endpoint, on the bank of River Seine.

Re: sector Bo = Bolbec ????
HI Sebastion,
I understand your doubt, but If it was a drainage ditch why the road that runs along the seine is cut ?? No reason except to block alongside the "marais vernier" You can see that for a drainage it would place a tube or bridge while the road is cutting and diverting.
More ditch is placed just in front of the bunker, maybe one shartenstand ?
But we know, veulette on sea the anti-tank ditch back of the beach is reuse as drainage of the marsh.
