Infra-red device at Fort de Mengant

Found in some document that at this Fort a infra-Red device was located,
are there any traces left there of a structure or some thing else ??

A WpG 15 could not possibly fit into that bunker And the report posted by Jos refers to a 150 cm device 50' to 100' down the beach.
On the first page of the report it describes the finding of two types of "IR telescopes" found at the location.
