Heeres-Einheitsschutzlüfter (HES) 1,2 and 2,4

Has anyone here got any background history on these?

I can find bad sketches and photos of them, but who made them, detailed schematics and the design process seems to be well hidden. Books?

Also, I could use a good book with blueprints and history of all "loose" objects in a bunker - heating, communication, lights, ventilation, pipes and electricity, etc. Any good ones?

Been a while since last time, nice to see the forum still up and active!

That's exactly what I was looking for!

Where is that from? Do you know where I can get that book?

While the topic is up, I'd like to see photos of manufacturers and their stamps. I have made a slight break through in this by looking at simple photos.

So far, what I know for sure:

Patent was filed for a two-handle variation by Anton Piller's factory.

Filter Manufacturers:
Anton Piller K.-G-., Maschinenfabrik
Osterode, Harz
Turbon Ventilatoren- und Apparatebau GmbH
Berlin-Reinickendorf
Deutsche Gasglühlicht Auer GmbH
Berlin
Faradit Rohr- und Walzwerk AG
Chemnitz
Drägerwerk Heinrich und Bernhard Dräger
Lübeck

Most (all?) of these were also manufacturing gas mask filters.
