hoping someone could help me with the artillery of german infantry,motorized and panzer divisions in 1941

The above information i got from the web sometime back(did not save the source )I am only interested in figures for 1941
could someone please correct it
second question does anyone know the total number of ATguns in the german army in june 1941 just before barbarossa?
According to some web sources it is 14,459
