Right again JKernwerk 8-) The Italic text shows that this is a dummy minefield.

Over to you. . .

Hi Tønnes,
Right you are. This one is from Ålbæk north of the battery.

I'm puzzled by this drawing:

I have always thought that these markers showed the route of already installed cables, but this seems to be a way to ADD a cable at a later date when all the trenchwork had been filled?
It isn't clear whether the 3mm Eisendraht (pull-through?) from the marker is attached to the one in the pipe - it seems to be attached to the pipe itself and the one in the pipe has a loop at each end. Would the link be in case the marker moved in soft sand, e.g.?

Any ideas?

John

I went to Barcelona, Spain and visited a castle, and I saw these guns and me and my friend are sure that this is a German gun but the thing is we don't know the name for it and it looks similar to the ones in the costal bunkers in D-Day.
Anyone can help with the name and details?

I'm guessing this is a trick question, you would say Maginot but looking at the removed armoured parts I'd go for some Artillery battery in a Czech fort.

Nice Arthur. You can’t be fooled that easily. :)
It is indeed one of the few artillery blocks build along the Czech-German border with clear inspiration from the Maginot design standards.
This beauty is N-D-S 75 part of the Pevnost Dobrosov.

Could be a hard one! :D
Name the places of these turrets, and as a bonus the types.

Unfortunately I can't call this the right answer, Stp. Berg is on Ørlandet. Sorry!

Kidding, you're completely right, about (almost) every detail. :D
Your turn again!
