Hello Steuner

The numbers of the guns still in active service are
from a report called " Übersicht des im Feldheer einge-
setzten Beutegeschütze Stand 01-03-1944 " .

Does anyone have a decent photo of the Cockerill "Matériel de 155L mle. 1924"? I have tried to get one for years, without result. I asked on Landships, where I have some posts, but no one seems to have one at all.

Here´s a half-decent one.

Thank you so much for the first photo, as I have already seen the second (from Kosar's Mittlere Feldgeschutze), as it is a magnificent Brossel tractor towing this unusual gun. The photo confirms my suspicion that the gun was in fact basically a rebored ex-German 13cm (actual caliber of 135mm) K-09.

The second photo from Ebay gives it away entirely, it was an old 13cm fK-09!

By way, can anyone recognize the location of this particular 13.5cm K gun? I've seen a lot of photos with German WWII soldiers posing near it

Greetings from (still sunny) Athens

I was wondering about why the above weapon had no solid rubber tires as on the Cockerill modification, it seems that is because the second photo is of an original unmodified 13cm K 09, and not a Canon de 155 L mle. 1924. Even more photos, if possible, of the latter weapon would still be helpful. Also the photos beg the question as to what happened to that gun, because it is no longer there.
