ZB30 and ZB30J are not the same model. There are many differences.

The main difference is that the model ZB30J is constructed for the German standard 7.9 mm bullet, ZB30 is constructed for much stronger Czech 7.9 mm bullet like and ZB26. There are also differences from the outside.

Yugoslavia did not have to use any variant of the FN 7.9 mm rounds but the standard 7.9 mm German Mauser.

FN Herstal is produced ammunition for both the Serbian and the Yugoslav army, but by the Serbian and Yugoslav specification. For the Serbian army 7 mm Mauser and for the Yugoslavian army standard 7.9 mm German Mauser. Sometime after the 1927th the ammunition was made in Yugoslavia.

Welcome to forum. Yes, it seems to be Suomi submachine gun. It is also rather commonly known that Stroop's SS-troops had Suomi submachine guns among their weaponry from other photos taken during uprising of Warsaw Ghetto.
