Re: Panzerbüchse 38 & 39
Has PzB 39 ever been equipped with a scope ?
Re: Panzerbüchse 38 & 39
Questions:PzB39
100m--- 300m---- 500m ----1000m
30mm ---25mm---20mm------------
Is this at 30 degrees?
Where there more round types ( Ex APCR vs Steel)?
If so then which one is this?
Can you post/link the document?
Does anyone else have some PzB 39 pen data they are willing to share preferably from primary sources?
Note:
I've found 34-30mm @ 100 (0, 30, or even 60) from different places a British test put penetration at 31.75mm at 100meters (no degree given) vs FHA plate.
This place:
http://www.antitank.co.uk/german1.htm
states 30mm & 25mm at same ranges however at 60 degree impact....
Perhaps they mean 30 rather than 60?
Re: Panzerbüchse 38 & 39
This threads shows a lot of fantastic photos of the Panzerbüchse 39 in use by the Wehrmacht. Thanks guys for posting!
Has anybody ever seen a Panzerbüchse 38 in use? I know that this gun is even rarer than the 39, but I would be very interested to see more about the Panzerbüchse 38.

Re: Panzerbüchse 38 & 39
Btw does anybody know if there is an existing Panzerbüchse 38 somewhere in a Museum or something? I would love to get some more detailled photos of this nice piece of history. So far I have never seen a surviving example.
