This is a nice example of an MG13 with the strange off angled 75 round "Patronentrommel" 13 -
I have an MG15 and the doppeltrommel on that is awkward and not always consistent to load - even with loading device, I imagine the angled feed tube on the 13 version must have been quite complex.
Nice pic - I have borrowed it for my reference collection - thank you!

I own examples of the MG15 and MG13 if members want closer pictures - I do not own a patronentrommel 13 - so this pic is quite exciting - there are great reference pics of the MG13 drum from a manual in Musgrave and Oliver's German machineguns/

There is no designation as it is not an official mount. What you have is 2 M1917A1 tripod heads welded to a bar

I think it's some Mauser prototype. I saw the same photos in one of the later issues of Waffen-Revue, but I'm not sure which.

No problem.
It was Waffen Revue 87, and the photos are held by Privatarchiv Schmid.

I'll also mention on the M2HB's

Both have the early Colt slotted barrel support
Both have the Pre War 36 inch Barrel instead of the Wartime 45 inch barrel
Note the Porcelain or White Bakelite Knob cocking Piece rather than the much more common wooden/bakelite handle that dates the gun to first production 1938-40.
