Can anyone identify this holster?

I was wondering if anyone could identify this pistol holster and the "LG06" marking on it?

Some slightly informed speculation !

I think it could be for the Reichsrevolver. The strap at the top and the pouch on the front are somewhat reminiscent of other holsters for this pistol.

The marking could be German Police - Landjagerei Gumbinnen ? Landgendarmerie ?

A bit late, but better than never: L.G. = (Prussian) Landgendarmerie; holster is evidently a special pattern for them since they only turn up marked for them; 06 = (19)06; holsters may be black or nrown and are for Revolvers M83 similarly marked.
