They would be disassembled parts kits without barrels or receivers.
But, I understand your sentiment.

Prvi Partisan made 7.92K up until at least a couple of years ago, could have sworn it was still listed the last time I checked a year or two ago. They may still make it but it is not listed on their website.

I don't know if they still make it, but it's available commercially here in the US, $16 for 20 - I just bought another shipment of it from AIM.
The boxes look brand new. Hornady also make it, with Graf brass.

Numerous MidEast terrorist and insurgent factions utilize women in their ranks for combat roles. Several uniformed MidEastern militaries field women, but not so much in combat, however they do exist.

Serbia still produces 7.92 Kurz. In Iraq, Saddam was real cozy w/the former Yugoslavia for weapon procurement too. Iraqi AK47s were actually produced in a factory near Baghdad that was literally assembled with imported Yugoslavian machinery. If I had to guess, I'd say there was a similar connection w/Kurz ammo as well.

I believe STG-44's were in circulation in the Lebanese Army until the 90's and they were a somewhat common sight during the Balkan Crisis(90-01). AFAIK they've also been turning up in Chechnya.

Half a million of these rifles were manufactured, yet they're rare in museums and extremely valuable on market. Where are they now? Probably they were sold to small countries around the world after WWII. I'm sure there will be much more news like this.

You will have a very hard time trying to find 7.92x33 kurz ammo on a website so how do they come up with the ammo for them?

By capturing stockpiles of 7.92 x 33 ammunition stored in the same place as the STG-44 rifles? At least it would make sense.

As for Prvi Partizan manufacturing 7.92 x 33 - yes, their website does list this type of ammunition among rifle ammunition. Check:
http://www.prvipartizan.com/rifle_ammo.php
-> In window next to "Cartridge" select "7.92 x 33 Kurz" and click "Search".
