Do you mean the FG 42 on the right?

In the rifle and bandolier, Yes... but I think the FG wielding Falli is also holding a cine camera. Some Movikon perhaps; cf. http://www.marriottworld.com/stock_pics ... ikon16.htm

Cool photo! Never seen that before. Definitely an FG42, with a bandolier of box magazines. Far left guy has a bandolier of K98k stripper clips.

However, what are the bandoliers the other two helmeted paratroopers have on? The guy next to the one with the FG42 has an MP40 and magazine pouch for that. So, are they some sort of grenade?

26.5mm Signal flares perhaps - I have seen them worn in ad-hoc pouches before.
Or as mentioned here rifle-grenades -

Brilliant and rare picture of the E-type FG42 - (bipod at center, not muzzle) - this is an excellent photo.

GREAT PHOTO find!!!!!

If anyone here is selling this photo please contact me.

I thought about rifle grenades, but the guy on the right with the bandolier has an MP40 which can't launch grenades.

I wonder if it's some sort of Italian weapon?

Those large bandoliers are for flare gun cartridges. Note the guy on right has the signal pistol attached to the bottom of the bandolier.

Plainly he is the officer's "helmet carrier".
