The helmets and the puttees (as well as the rifles) suggest these are Austrian soldiers who have just been transferred to the Wehrmacht following the Anschluss.

So Beutedeutsche with indigenous Mannlichers in the top shot and probably indigenous German with possible Beute-Mannlicher in the bottom photo
