These are luftwaffe ground troops right?,or one on left looks to me so,maybe even FJ trousers there?.Like could be LWFD troops or another similar unit,flak troops or airfield security troops maybe too?.

This is a good example of a posed photo, where the photographer and soldiers are making up a seniero instead of representing actual use of the firearm.

Looking at it closely the gun is rotated almost 180 degrees on the the tripod, the gunner is holding the elevation adjustment bar (that normally attaches to the cross bar on the tripod) as a pistol grip and he has the guns actual pistol grip pressed hard against his shoulder.
