Thank you very much Glenn. The book I use for saxon officers is very old and hard to read in spots, I have genmaj (a.d.) Glasche as the co training area zeithan did Bobsien replace him?

Just an aside my book has a genmaj (a.d.) Auffchlager as a district chief in belgium but I am afraid I cannot read his name correctly do you have anything close to this name at all or are my eyes really failing me?

Hello :)
I searched information about Friedrich Bobsien und I found your messages.
Bobsien was in Rimogne (in the Ardennes, France) from january 1916 until january 1917 as commander of the Kommandantur.
I'm searching for a picture of him. Does someone have such a picture ?
Best regards,
Loïc.

Glenn,
I'm so happy that you have found this picture of Bobsien!
I asked the archives of Rostock if they had one but they have none.
Thanks à lot :D
Loic.
