Here is a 1918 design from Henschel mounting a Flak gun on what looks like an "affût-truck Schneider-Canet".

Interesting, did not know Henschel made artillery!

It is a 105mm gun. Henschel had been commissioned to build a rail mounted 105mm Flak gun late in the war, but few were actually built and most of the few 105mm Flak guns it did build were instead mounted as static flak guns in Germany by the end of the war.
