Re: Foto ID
I have to disagree with m' learned friend; Number 2 is General der Infanterie August v. Seebeck, commanding General of X. Armee-Korps. Max v. Bock u. Polach was commanding 20. Division in Hannover which dates this print between 1893-1897.

Re: Foto ID
In fact another thought regarding date: v. Bock u. Polach was commanding IX. Armee-Korps between 1903 and 1907 and v. Seebeck was "Chef" of IR 31 from 1898 until his death in 1914 which probably makes Number 4, the regimental commander of IR 31 - Siegfried v. Hinckeldey .

Re: Foto ID
The same. However I do not have a comparison photograph and positively identifying an officer in an Überrock is rather tricky! This one?
