Oblt dL Deussen FAR 9

Hi

I am searching date and place of birth for Oblt dL Gerhard Deussen from originally FAR 9. He started as Reserve officer and later went over to the Landwehr. He served both in LwB Düsseldorf and LwB VI Berlin.
If he was promoted Hptm dL I am also intersting to find that date.

In 1930s he was living in Berlin.
