All, a couple of times over the years I've heard of a large IED exploded in Hamburg in 1948, and killing a number of german civilians including a child, described as being the "last Werwolf" action.

A German called Otto Kubus (or Cubus?) was supposedly found guilty of this atrocity.

Occasional Internet searches have turned up nothing so far - do any of our German members known anything about this event or this man?
Twenty years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs. Now we have no Cash, no Hope and no Jobs....
Lord, please keep Kevin Bacon alive...
