Looking for information on Joachim Lochbihler

This man was assigned as the head brewer at the Pupko Brewery in Belorussia. From what I've found out about him, he hired Jews to work in the brewery to save them from being murdered by both the SS and Wehrmacht. The Bielski brothers also used the brewery as a recruiting station, and though it has not been proven, Lochbihler may have turned a blind eye to their operations.

Does anyone have anymore information on Lochbihler or the brewery?
