Anyone know the exact dates the following ships were laid down and commissioned? I have the following info...can anyone fill in the blanks? TIA for any help.

Note despite sometimes called torpedo boat it never had torpedoes. It was considered a caccia-sommergibili=Submarine hunter.

Interestingly equipped with Italian sonar (not that it helped her)
The enemy had superiority in numbers, his tanks were more heavily armoured, they had larger calibre guns with nearly twice the effective range of ours, and their telescopes were superior. 5 RTR 19/11/41
