Does anyone know where was this unit deployed in April 1941?

Base depot was in Rovereto so most probably it was there for whole war.

In WW2 or shortly earlier 4º Reggimento di Corpo d'Armata created:

4°, 40° e 60° Raggruppamenti Artiglieria di Corpo d'Armata
IX, XXVIII e XLV Gruppo da 105/28 e LXI da 105/32
CIX, CXVIII e CXXIX Gruppo da 149/13 e CXLV da 149/12 CLI, CLII e CLIII da 149/12
XXX Gruppo Complementi da 105/32
4° Reparto Specialisti di Corpo d'Armata
Various batteries

Corps and Armata level Regiment artillery units were depot, organic units, they seldom deployed for combat.

If you are asking instead for 4ºRaggruppamento d'Artiglieria di Corpo d'Armata which was a combat unit that was created by this Regiment , i have it at 10 June near border with France in IV Corpo d' Armata with XI e XXVIII Gruppo da 105/28, CIX, CXXVIII e CXXIX Gruppo da 149/13, 4° Reparto Specialisti di Corpo d'Armata. In 1942 the 105/28 gun groups are taken out and the 149/13 groups are upgraded to new 149/19 , and in 1943 is said to be depolyed in Puglia with IX Corpo. It seems to not have been outside Italy so probably had coastal defense and/or training functions. In short i don't know it's whereabouts in 1941. Maybe returned to depot after the combat with French or had some coastal defense function somewhere in Italy.

Thank you. A soldier about whom I was looking for info was in this unit and he was in territory declared "war zone" from April 10, 1941 to April 30, 1941.

That's appears thin, doesn't not mean the unit was there.
