I have Sean references indicating the Italians made use of the FM 24/29

Well Italy did use Surrendered French tanks which had the reibel gun as a coaxial weapons. And Italy in general used any captured Machine Guns they could get their hands on from Brens to Dp28's to Skodas from WW1, so wouldn't be unheard of
