goose step

Currently the Argentine Colegio Militar ( Military Academy ) infantry cadets ( exclusively ) goose step for tributing honors , that is some 30 meters before, during eyes right and 30 meters after passing the vip location.
it is "noiseless" even without a band playing , the sole of the shoe is not slammed against the ground as in the german original stile. Actually it is the only Argentine unit authorized to march like that.

Hey, I goosestep here at work just for fun. It is a great way to march and is quite a prideful step compared to my half assed step pass and review days in the Army.

Funny kind of walking. Rather pompous.

It reminds me of Monty Python's "ministry of Silly Walks"

I have seen a few images of brass bands marching the Goose Step / paradeschnitt. It must be especially difficult to do so while playing a tuba or large drum. (ebay)

Pepita-Marsch. In the 1850´s, the Spanish dancer Pepita was a huge success in Europe. Carl Neumann (1822 - 1859) reworked one of her dances, the Madrilena, into a march. It was made into army march No. II, 160, in 1854. It is not well suited for the goose-step.

No the Japanese didnt really goose-stepped most of the pictures I saw the Japanese marching were like their knees go up(not the whole leg) its like marching on the spot kind of stance but of course they march forward.. I love the goosesteps haha I occasionally goosestep at home on the way to the kitchen and my room and stuff. lol

do you know any free internet video clips with German soldiers goosestepping in them along with march music other than Triumph of the Will or Hitler's birthday parade?
