Seeking invasion map/plans for Sea Lion

Postby AxisNDallas on 20 Jul 2003 16:03

Hello all

I am seeking a particular map that I got a glimpse of on a documentary show - on History or a similar TV channel. It is a map of western Europe (containing eastern England, Low Countries, France and the North Sea).

But most importantly it has the invasion plans for Sea Lion. The thing I saw from TV show was Hitler looking at the map and then some pictures of the map with arrows from Calais (area) to Dover and Southampton.
I did a quick TV capture on my PC (ATI All In Wonder) but the image is too blurry. It says “Op Karte Nr 1”

Again to stress, I am primiarly interested in the map and would be very appreciative if someone can direct me as to where I can get more information or digital image of the map.

I am looking for the same things. I am currently writing an alternate history novel about Operation Sealion.

There's also quite a few posts on this topic in the European war forum and in the BOB what if thread. A number of maps or links to sites with maps have been posted in these threads.
