Karl Gebhardt's wife Marianne Hess

I dont have any other info i found this also on this forum

Married on 23.10.1933 to Marianne Hess (born 3.09.1911 in Cham; Member of NS-Frauenschaft [joined 1.08.1937] and NSV [joined 15.04.1934]). Two sons (Jürgen, born 27.07.1934 and Peter, born 26.02.1937).

Is she related to Rudolf Hess ( explain relation please ) ?
Is there any early or late photos of her ( a wedding photo with Prof Karl Gebhardt will be perfect )
