ID of woman at Gretl Braun's Wedding
ID of woman at Gretl Braun's Wedding
I did a google image search for Gerda Christian and this photo comes up.
It looks to me more like the actress Hansi Knoteck who also attended the wedding.
Can anybody confirm?

Yes, that was Hansi Knoteck - she is seen in Eva Braun's films on several occasions, particularly the scenes shot during the filming of "Der laufende Berg."

Article relating to Hansi's resting place. She died just shy of her 100th birthday! I'm not sure she would have enjoyed being considered as a 'Woman of the Reich'. I have read she was a member of the Austrian anti-nazi movement later in the war.

Hansi's final film role in the 1974 film 'Der Jäger von Fall'.

I can’t be sure but i don’t think the original photo would be at Gretl Braun’s wedding. This is, as mentioned, the cast of the film Der Laufender berg which Eva filmed the making of in 1942. As Gretle’s wedding was in ‘44 I’d guess that the cine film of the cast’s visit to khelsteinhaus shortly after the film set visit. I’m just putting two and two together here.
