Eva Braun's Gynecologist

#1

Post by Hermundson » 17 Aug 2016, 22:13

Apparently Eva Braun had a gynaecological operation. Her doctor was Dr. Scholten. Apparently he died in a car accident shortly after Eva was declared 'healed'.

Does anyone have any further information about this doctor? His full name? The date and where he died?

August Schulten, a gynecologist. He worked in the hospital in München. Is the same person? Maybe a mistake in the name?

It surely is Dr. Gustav Scholten (1891-1944), chief of the Gynecological Hospital in Munich.

For what it's worth
For this reason, Eva was meet in Munich by a gynecologist of renown, Professor Scholten. The doctor died in a car accident, when he was returning from Berchtesgaden in the company of Heria Ostermeyer, the friend of Eva.

Search for Scholten.

Perhaps there is truth in that old story/joke after all.

EB had written a book dealing the difficulties she had with menstruation, but Hitler wouldn't allow her to publish it.
She wanted to call it "Meine Krampf"

"It surely is Dr. Gustav Scholten (1891-1944), chief of the Gynecological Hospital in Munich."

That makes sense in one way. But it seems to conflict with:

"For this reason, Eva was meet in Munich by a gynecologist of renown, Professor Scholten. The doctor died in a car accident, when he was returning from Berchtesgaden in the company of Herta Ostermeyer, the friend of Eva."

Does anyone have a confirmation of the date/place/type of death for Doctor Gustav Scholten? 1944 doesn't seem plausible somehow.

Mayer-Rokitansky syndrome (MRKH).
How do you know?

And you may then also know if the following applied to EB: "Typically, the vagina is shortened and intercourse may, in some cases, be difficult and painful".

His car accident happened at the end of July or beginning of August 1944.
