Can anyone provide me with the military strength of the Soviet Army in 1938 and if possible, estimates or even accurate accounts of vehicles used and their numbers?

Total strength of Red Army on the first of January 1938, including fleet, air force and rear area personnel stood at 1513400 men, with fully mobilizeable strength of 6503000 men (5137200 in the army).
Actually on hand for 1/1/38 were
50 active rifle divisions - including 3 divisions with 13,000 men, 9 divisions with 10000 men and 38 divisions of 6950 men.
34 territorial rifle division, with strength 5220 men.
2 mixed rifle divisions
10 mountain rifle division (all active) with 4000 men each.

On 10/15/37, Red Army had 11300 light and medium tanks, and approximately 4700 tankettes.

When fully mobilized, the forces were supposed to be divided as follows:
170 rifle and mountain rifle divisions: 124 in the west, 40 in the east, 6 in the Caucauses and Central Asia
26 cavalry divisions: 16 in the west, 5 in the east, 5 in the Caucauses and Central Asia.
33 armored/mechanized brigades and 3 armored car brigades: 26 in the east, including 4 heavy brigades, 7 in the east including all 3 armored car brigades
