First of all, what is the date of interest? Then what is meant by home - place of peace-time location, place where the unit was formed? Distribution be districts can be checked here (except High Command Reserve):

Well, a couple of comments should be made. First, one should distinguish between rifle and motorized divisions. There were three types of rifle divisions: the normal rifle division, mountain rifle, and motorized rifle (essentially the normal rifle division with all horses substituted with motor transport), each consisted of three (four in mountain divisions) rifle regiments and support units. By a contrast motorized divisions consisted of a tank regiment, 2 motorized rifle regiments plus support units each, they belonged to the Red Army Mechanized forces, for the most part were subunits of mechanized corps and didn't have even the word "rifle" in their names. Yet, they received their number from the same series from 1 to 240 (with 11 blank spots corresponding to the numbers of divisions disbanded after April 1941) and frequently were converted from rifle dvisions. Comment No.2: the Soviet Army in 1941 had an exterritorial organization, and if the division was located in a certain district, it didn't mean that it received recruits from that district. I hope that is clear.

Distribution of rifle and motorized divisions by districts as of about 10 May 1941 was as follows:

Leningrad: 14, 43, 52, 54, 70, 71, 104, 115, 122, 123, 142, 168, 177, 191, 237 Rifle Divisions;

Numbers 201, 203, 207, 211, 223, 224, 225, 226, 230, 231, 234 were not occupied, as I have allready said, divisions having these numbers were disbanded in the spring of 1941. As for peace-time stations or precise location on 22 June 1941, that it os to much for me, I can provide them only partly. The most part of divisions in the list were formed after mid-1939, I can give approximate time and district if needed. Some info on divisions of the interwar period can be found here(in Russian):

I'm afraid, this kind of information is hardly useful for establishing the source of recruits. First, as I've already mentioned the recruitment system of the Soviet Army of that period was not based on territorial principle. If a man was drafted in e.g. Siberian district, it didn't mean that he served in the same district, in fact he could be very far away from his home. It's worth to note that location of army units didn't coincide with polulation distribution, a disproportionally large part of the army being concentrated in the western districts, that fact made a territorial system impossible. A notable exception were the former national armies of the Baltic Republics reorganized as territorial rifle divisions after August 1940 (Lithuanian Army - 179 and 184 Rifle Divisions, Latvian - 181 and 183, Estonian - 180 and 182). Note that no other recruits from the Baltic republics were in divisons of the Baltic Military District or elsewhere. Then the turnover of personnel in the army in the period preceding the war was enormous. Reservists were called up in 1939 and demobilized the next year, draftees completing their regular term of service left the army, while younger men were drafted. As a result a certain division in 1941 could have a very different complement of men compared with 1939. I think the contribution of individual districts or national composition of the army must be analyzed based on other sources - documents on drafts in 1939-1941, data on social-demographic composition of units etc.
