Right and were they also fighting for the white russia against reds ?

Not exactly. They were nominally fighting for Entente against Germans and their White Finnish and Bolshevik allies.
Only real combat operation they took part were an unauthorized attack to Mäntyniemi border guard station at Paanajärvi 1.25.1919 and brief occupation of Paanajärvi village.
