What does the K-XXX after the units in the following document mean?

May be "К" means "Комплектность" (completeness), that is % of authorized strength.
There is no waste, there are reserves (Slogan of German Army in World Wars)

Am I correct in assuming that the strength reports for these forces are for the following dates?

18th Army: 22.07.41
9th Army: 15.08.41
6th Army: 15.08.41
12th Army: 22.07.41
Maritime Army: 15.08.41
Front Reserve: 15.08.41
