As I remember I posted it some time ago:
01.01.30 - 567 727 men in ground forces, 27 297 in air forces, 36 592 in the navy, total 631 616 men
01.01.31 - 567 838 + 33 030 + 38 915 = 639 783
15.01.32 - 675 513 + 55 178 + 44 689 = 775 519
01.03.33 - 835 683 in ground and air forces, 64 229 in the navy, total 899 912
01.01.34 - 836 043 in ground and air forces, 71 568 - navy, 125 959 - extra, total 1 033 570
01.01.35 - ground + air - 986 934, navy - 98 239, 1 085 173 total
01.01.36 - ground - 868 493, air forces - 101 763, navy - 101 763, extra - 137 912, total 1 219 325
01.01.37 1 145 563 + 159 603 + 127 893 + 212 924 = 1 645 983
01.01.38 - ground - 1 232 526, air - 191 702, extra - 157 829, total 1 582 057
24.02.39 - 1 720 296 in ground and air, 211 666 extra, total 1 931 962 men
From "Stalin's missed chance" by M.Meltykhov. Before December 1937 Navy was a part of the RKKA, after that a separate branch. "Extra" - military personnel under civilian organizations (railroad, construction etc).

Also from "Mobilization planning and political decisions" by Oleg Ken:
01.01.29 - 552 000 men in ground forces, 23 000 in air forces
01.01.33 - 740 000/80 000
01.01.34 - 760 000/76 000
01.01.35 - 789 000/91 000
01.01.39 - 1 432 000/188 000
Other data the same as in Melthykhov.

From the same source (Meltykhov):

1934 - 87 rifle divisions (including 8 mountain), 22 cavalry divisions (5 mountain), 12 tank brigades, 3 motor rifle brigades, 5 tank regiments, 9 tank battalions
1935 - 87 rifle (8 mountain), 32 cavalry (5 mountain) divisions, 18 tank, 3 motor brigades, 2 tank regiment, 4 tank battalions
1936 - 97 rifle (9 mountain) divisions, 30 tank brigades, 3 motor brigades, 2 tank regiments, 6 tank battalions
1937 - 98 rifle (10 mountain) divisions, 30 tank brigades, 1 armored car brigade, 1 armored car regiment, 6 tank battalions
1938 - 98 rifle (11 mountain) divisions, 5 rifle brigades, 25 cavalry (5 mountain) divisions, 2 cavalry brigades, 29 tank brigades, 2 armored car brigades, 3 motor brigades, 1 armored car regiment, 6 tank battalions
The number of cavalry units between 1934 and 1937 was apparently unchanged.

Type error, I guess, must be 22 divisions.
