Which Soviet tank unit(s) were in action at Osveya (Асвея) in mid-July 1944?

Also, where I am trouble finding Saizewo which should not be too far away from Osveya.

Saizewo is called Стралкі these days - 55.937916, 28.199458

5th Tank Corps was advancing south of Saizewo. 22 Army was in the area Osveya - Saizewo, but we have to check if there were any tank units there.

There is a good chance it was 118th Tank brigade, which according to here: http://tankfront.ru/ussr/tbr/tbr118.html was organised as independent flamethrower-tank brigade.
Couldn't find any reports for that unit.

Brigade is mentioned in 62nd Rifle Division reports. Together with 118 Tbr and 1498th Self-propelled artillery regiment they formed a "breakthrough group" of 22nd Army.
