Here is an extract from ЦАМО ф.904 оп.1 д.1 лл.22 (2nd Mechanized Corps, 30th June 1941)
f904 op1 d1 F - Copy (1280x366).jpg
The last part of the example concerns the division's losses form the start of hostilities to the 29th June (incomplete data). There are a number of catagories

ст.н.с.(Старший командный и начальствующий состав) Senior Commanders - Captian to Colonel [not in the above example]

ср.н.с. (Средний командный и начальствующий состав) Middle-Level Commanders - Lieutenant (3 ranks)
мд.н.с. (Младший командный и начальствующий состав) Junior Commanders - Sergeants (4 ranks)
рядового состава - Enlisted men

Is this correct?

[EDIT] The losses listed should have come almost exclusively from the tank crews of the tanks regiments of the division. Does anyone know the ranks of the members of a Soviet tank crew. The 11th Tank Division had about 125 x BT, 50 x T34 and 10 x KV tanks and the 16th Tank Division had about 50 x T-26 and 50 x BT (note that it appears that only the 31st Tank Regiment served in the field. The 32nd Tank Regiment lacked material and so far no mention of it taking to the field has been found).

Yes, it's correct.
Note, that there were 2 ranks of enlisted men.
