You gotta have a comissar there! Someone has to shot those retreating tankists.
The question is, where is the commander of the tank? Unless he is one of those 15, I don't think they would be making collective decisions.
Also, would 15 people be enough for a mommoth like that.

Also you noticed the katyusha rocket launcher in the rear turret?, this thing is like the "Victorinox" of the tanks :D
