Stalin was a devil sent by the Lord God to punish Europe for the sins of nazism, anti-Semitism, racism and colonialism. And looking at modern Europe we must recognize that he mission has not mastered until the end, but overall, not bad, given initial data from which he began God's mission.
The USSR was the punishment that God has put into the hands of Stalin. After completing the mission, the USSR, ceased to exist.
