Dresden Bombing Victim - uniform id

This photograph depicts a victim of the Dresden bombing of February 1945. It was taken by Richard Peter about 14 months later.
From the swastika armband, I gather he was a Nazi Party member. Can anybody identify any other clothing that gives some indication of what he did in the party or the military or government?
Thanks
Scotisle

Re: Dresden Bombing Victim - uniform id
Sorry, there's no photograph showing ... an armband worn at the time of the Dresden bombing would most likely be an NSDAP official .. perhaps in civilian clothing.

The cuff belongs to a civilian jacket or greatcoat.
