Just Google RAD uniform and you will find heaps more.
This young chap seems to have a rank of Obervormann.
His unit - Abteilung 3 of Gruppe 32, possible location - Hamburg.

It's a perfectly standard RAD uniform, these are still reasonably cheap as the RAD is a largely overlooked area of IIIrd Reich militaria.
