Mint condition Fire/police visor*out of woodwork*lol

Postby Mark in Cleveland, Tn. on 25 Jun 2012 23:44

I just had to get this
$15.00 for this true near mint visor
I am going to put on it a relic ( and I mean close to ground dug guys)condition police eagle,

Then have a story, oh yeah, **this visor was found in a collapsed bunker after the Battle of Berlin and brought back by a vet.**

Money well spent.....

I don't know about restoring it  , but it's well worth $15.00 for the visor alone, and you can possibly "save" the strap, side buttons, whatever. Remember, if that was a "Confederate "Fire Police" Hat, even in that condition, it would be a highly prized example!!!! 8O . I've seen worse for sale and for alot higher price!

The "Fuhrer Bunker" story might be too much too believe..... but I might "buy" that it came from one of those newly discovered "Rooms" in the Berlin Flak Towers
As always....

Well, mated this eagle to cap tonight. Have not pushed the prongs in yet. Paid $10.00 for eagle... $25.00 invested in whole **bunker found cap**
