original SS West Front ring?

Hi,
Person who gave me this SS ring said that it was found somewhere in the east, maybe Belarus. He said that it is original, really? I still have never seen similiar ring. Can anybody help identify this ring or just say something about it. Inside ring is SS runes and silver 800. If you need better photos please ask me.

Ian is, of course, correct.....a horrible fake! You'd never find SS markings like that of a private purchase ring (or any other!)...pure fantasy!
