SS collar badge
Hi everyone,
I was watching a documentary when I saw this badge. Does anyone know anything about it? Which formation wore it?
Thanks in advance. Have a nice day

Re: SS collar badge
This is a Picture of the Danish volunteer Per Sørensen, who was a professionel officer (first lieutenant) in the Danish Armed Forces.
This collar badge was originally issued to the Danish "Freikorps Danmark" but later replaced by the SS-runes.
You can another picture of Per Sørensen here: http://ditt.almanet.dk/images/waffenss/ ... %20Per.jpg

Re: SS collar badge
I could have sworn that was the 'Langemarck' collar tab.

Re: SS collar badge
Ian: But it is. The collar tab was also worn by the the 27. SS-Freiwilligen-Grenadier-Division "Langemarck" later in the war. Apparently it was tiltet slightly different. Judging from pictures.
