I recently procured a lot of German insignia and medals from an older collector. Since I'm not an expert, I'm trying to find out if it are originals and what they are. Thanks a lot for your help.

Landzoll (Customs Officials) Cuff title.... can't tell from this distance, but probably real....fairly common. (They are reproduced, however)...
