Dear guys,
I have a question.
I know Sipo/SD was supposed to wear the fieldgrau SS-Dienstrock M32 with open collar, but seems to me it was replaced late in the war with modified M37 with green collars; I've witnessed several cases of that.
Was this due regulations or what?

Question about SiPo/SD M32 - M37 tunics
Re: Question about SiPo/SD M32 - M37 tunics
The standard regulation uniform is the open-collar tunics. But in the field this proved to be rather impractical, so most of them chose to wear the standard pattern field blouse. SD diamond is plain without aluminum piping, while Gestapo has aluminum piping.
