SS Cuff title Confusion
Hello, I have seen these white cuff titles in a number of photos primarily on the infamous black Allgemeine-SS uniforms, I wish to know what these cuff titles are called and what they mean.

Re: SS Cuff title Confusion
These cufftitles were worn by the heads of the various "Departments" of the SS Reichsfuhrung.... Himmler, plus Hauptamtchefs, Amtschefs wore the "all white w/black side stripes" type; 1 black center stripe was for "Hauptabeilungsleiters"; 2 center stripes was for "Abteilungsleiters"; and 3 center stripes was for "Referenten" (Sub-section chiefs).... there are others "special case" examples of use of these type cuff titles and a few "unexplained" reverse color examples... but they only confuse the issue....

Re: SS Cuff title Confusion
Der Treue Heini looking all mean and macho as the Herr Obergruppenfuhrer Ribbentrop in his honoury SS uniform, Diebitsch the artist, the only 'real' SS man there is Heydrich ... a cold, calculated murderer but not afraid of getting in harms way.
